An enlarged meeting of Judicial-Legal Council with attendance of the judges and heads of judge associations was held.The Chairman of Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Ramiz Suleymanov participated at the meeting.

At the meeting, held with the chairmanship of Fikrat Mammadov informed that the judicial reforms established by the national leader Heydar Aliyev, were successfully developing by the President Ilham Aliyev and stressed that the achievements got in this field were admitted in the international world.

Noted that in special edition which spread in all member states and dedicated to 12-years activity of European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) which is the important institution of the Council of Europe, was attaching great importance to judicial reforms implemented in Azerbaijan and was dedicated a separate section for it.

As well as, at the meeting disciplinary proceedings against judges was reviewed and one judge was brought to disciplinary responsibility for creating conditions for corruption by committing artificial barriers to the implementation of citizens rights and rough violations of the executive discipline and disciplinary proceedings was initiated against 3 judges for creating conditions such cases.
