Judge of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Chairman of the Commercial Board Ahliman Khidirov held a training seminar on "Actual issues of family law" on the third day of the training with the participation of law students of Nakhchivan State University. At the seminar, students were informed about the general characteristics of family law, the scope of legislation to be applied to cases on family disputes, the unified judicial practice formed during the consideration of such cases.
In the end, the questions addressed by the students were answered by the judge, the students exchanged views on the issues, the opinions of future lawyers on the topic were heard, and they were given the necessary direction.
The training will last until April 29.
