President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on some issues related to the appointment of deputy chairmen of courts of appeal, chairmen of judicial boards, judges, chairmen and deputy chairmen of courts of first instance.

According to the Order, the following appointments were made:

on courts of appeal:

Aladdin Tofig oglu Majidov was appointed deputy chairmen of the Sheki Court of Appeal;

Samir Firdusi oglu Hasanov was relieved of his post as chairman of the Administrative Board of the Shirvan Court of Appeal and appointed deputy chairmen of that court;

Zahid Tahir oglu Mammadov was appointed chairman of the Commercial Board of the Sumgayit Court of Appeal;

Khagani Haji oglu Samedov was appointed chairman of the Criminal Board of the Sheki Court of Appeal;

on grave crimes courts:

Huseyn Inanj oglu Huseynli was relieved of his post as judge of the Khazar District Court of Baku and appointed judge of the Baku Grave Crimes Court;

Nigar Arzu gizi Imanova was dismissed from the position of judge of the Sabunchu District Court of Baku city and appointed judge of the Baku Grave Crimes Court;

Babek Akbar oglu Panahov was dismissed from the position of judge of the Nasimi District Court of Baku city and appointed judge of the Baku Grave Crimes Court;

on military courts:

Farman Mammad oglu Abbasov was appointed judge and chairman of the Tartar Military Court;

on administrative courts:

Rashad Movsum oglu Nuriyev was dismissed from the position of judge of the Agjabedi District Court and appointed judge of the Shirvan Administrative Court;

on commercial courts:

Ilkin Ali oglu Aliyev was dismissed from the position of judge of the Binagadi District Court of Baku city and appointed judge of the Baku Commercial Court;

Farid Eldar oglu Hatamzade was dismissed from the position of judge of the Binagadi District Court of Baku city and appointed judge of the Baku Commercial Court;

On the district (city) courts of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic:

Ilham Sadat oglu Ibrahimov was dismissed from the position of judge of the Military Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and appointed judge and chairman of the Kangarli District Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic;

On the district courts of Baku city:

Fuad Alasgar oglu Huseynov was dismissed from the position of judge of the Garadagh District Court of Baku city and appointed judge of the Yasamal District Court of Baku city;

On the district (city) courts:

Ilgar Vidayet oglu Huseynov was appointed chairman of the Ismayilli District Court;

Emin Ilham oglu Mammadli was dismissed from the position of judge of the Khazar District Court of Baku city and appointed judge and chairman of the Oguz District Court;

Zaman Shakir oglu Imanov was appointed deputy chairman of the Ganja City Court.

This Order shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
