A meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic was held in a video conference format.
The chairpersons and judges of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and first instance courts operating in the autonomous republic participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, the issues put on the agenda of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic were reviewed, the results of the appeals filed from the judicial acts of the specialized and district (city) courts of the autonomous republic, and the stability indicators of the cassation appeals of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic were analyzed in detail.
