On January 15, an exchange of view was held at the Nakhchivan City Court regarding the new judicial practice organized by the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Extensive discussions were held on the points that should be paid attention to when applying to courts and considering cases in courts on legal disputes regulated by the Decisions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 20 and December 6.
Several judges of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, chairpersons and judges of the district (city) courts operating in the autonomous republic, and attorneys participated in the discussions.
