Seventh session of sixth convocation of Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic held

The seventh session of sixth convocation of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has been held.

The agenda of the session included the issues relating to the results of socio-economic development of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the first half of 2022, approval of the implementation of the state budget of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2021, amendment to the Law of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic "On the 2022 state budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic", amendment to the Law of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic "On the Status of the Deputy of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic" and election of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Chairman of the Supreme Assembly Vasif Talibov delivered a speech on the results of socio-economic development of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the first half of 2022.

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Elshad Aliyev, Minister of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Tapdig Aliyev, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Nijat Babayev, Minister of Finance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Rafael Aliyev delivered speeches regarding the issues on the agenda of the session.

In the session, Laws of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic "On the Implementation of the 2021 State Budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic", "On the 2022 state budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic" and "On the Status of the Deputy of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic"  were voted and adopted.

In the session, voting on the election of the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic was held and Gunay Rzayeva was elected.
